Hey buddy, I've been flipping through my 2005 Britannica Almanac, and I bumped into the section on Russian economy. Where the hell did you get the 183 billion in debt for Russia???? My Almanac says, quote:
Russia - Public debt (external, outstanding: 2001): $101,918,000,000
And that was 4 years ago, not even talking about the Paris Club and how Russia has settled is debt with them, minus another 10-20 billions of dollars. I almost fell for what you were saying, your numbers are like from mid-1990s probably.
