Fuck,......its getting close. I need to get rid of my hotel room!!!!!!

i need to get rid of my danny howells tickets.

Apparently it's next to impossible to get a taxi after Ultra.

Is this true? I'd hate to have to go directly from Ultra to Space/Crobar (let alone getting home to shower in between).

We walked to the Ultra Carry On party after Ultra, and then left almost immediately. From what I recall, we got a cab pretty easily back to our hotel, and then got a cab from SoBe to Space without any trouble too.

Dont listen to Fuad- it is BEYOND IMPOSSIBLE to catch a cab after Ultra. He has 1 yr experience (w/very good luck) and I have 4 years of observation. I'll be driving my minivan down there- whomever wants a ride can hop in.

Yeah, parking is not even that bad there- $15 or so. Totally worth it. The 1 time I didn't drive down to Ultra and park was the year my ankles went out from Edema, resulting in paramedics driving me out of the park to the curb. Luckily I caught my friend on the phone as he was leaving- he was directly across the street, and I couldnt even cross it, I was in that much pain. Made him come and get me- the traffic was shite, had to loop around the 1-way streets- took him 30 mins to make it to me. If it weren't for him, I dont know what I woulda done. The lineups across the street for people waiting for cabs was bad, and there was no way I could get there if I tried.

Will NEVER risk that again. Always drive to Ultra.

Just remember this ...any # dialed 7 times in the greater Miami area results in a cab company answering.... seriously... I usually dial 777-7777. Just a tip.

Hmmm..guess we did have very good luck last year. Oh well, lets see how this year turns out to be!
