Wow, good story. Nobody eats cold pizza when drunk / hungover.

cold sesame noodles and hot and sour soup are the 2 things i always order at chinese restaurants... it's kind of a tradition my mom and dad had when they were living in NYC. they always judged how good the place was based on those 2 items.

Next time you get coerced into it this is what you order: Steamed Chicken w/ Broccoli and Garlic Sauce on the side - usually it comes with a small thing of white rice, ask for brown rice since its healthier. Dip the chicken/broccoli in the sauce, and its good eating.

i'm a china man and i consider my cooking to be top notch, even though i don't cook chinese food that often, but when i do, i'm pretty sure i can be as authentic as it can get.
