ooooh what's Gravol? I cannot sleep on planes at all, plus it was absolutely freezing in it today, I was wearing a jacket and had 2 blankets, and made like 3 trips to the WC per hour

Flying tip 1:

it is daytime and night time Gravol and it is for nausea and the night time works like a charm for putting you to sleep. I am not a huge fan of flying so the second I get on the plane I take one and I am out like a light within 20-30 minutes and generally can sleep the whole way through, or if I wake up I am back to sleep within 20 minutes cuz I am still groggy. I swear by it for flying and you can buy it in pharmacies without any problems.

Try it out next flight and see if it works as well for you. I forget who sugguested it to me but I love it!
