actually there are several steps i take in making my tuna sammies in order to put them above all other tuna sammies.
the first thing u need to do is use solid white albacore in water, by starkist (duh).
2. drain it to death.
3. use your fingers to mush it all together and separate the chunks...do this until every little chunk is mushed out together and it's all in very fine pieces (this step is crucial)
4. go light on the mayo. maybe one big glob per 2 small cans.
5. add a pinch of salt and some fresh ground pepper and stir it all up.
6. instead of lettuce, i use baby spinach leaves
7. make sure u use really good tomatoes
8. put sandwich stacker "bread and butter" flavored pickles

haha, it amazes me how a simple thread like this can run into so many pages.
I will try your recipe slylee, although I'd dump a lot of hot sauce in it. I like t3h spicy food.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD (if u like pomegranate). I got the pomegranate lemonade and it's a little sour and a little sweet. I guess they have a pomegranate limeade too which sounds really good
