So have you become like his agent or his spokesperson or something now that he's changed his ways? lol

You don't need to answer that. I just thought it was funny that he pulled such a quick 180 all of a sudden but then you stepped in to basically the exact place that he just stepped out of.

Alright, I'll take the bait. On what exactly have I pulled such a quick 180?

are you sure you're not selling anything??? your next post is the third time you tell us how smart you are. clearly someone who scores in the 99.99 percentile in everything wouldn't have to do so much convincing with self proclaimed 'truths.'

i stand by my statement, and think that we should read the opinions of the supreme court lawyers (btw, arguing in front of the supreme court is privilege usually reserved for the most brilliant attorneys - and for that very reason by default i assume they are more intelligent than you). Furthermore, your proclamations of unparalleled brilliance are unconvincing.

intelligence means nothing without the ability to articulate your thoughts. what good is your intelligence to anyone else if they can't understand you?

We don't have to sue you, apparently many others are in line waiting for the opportunity. Perhaps you should use your intelligence to avoid conflicts.

Even though I don't really post in the PDD...

I seriously nearly spat out my tea after reading that statement

Edit: And yes, I'm expecting a holier than thou response from Trancer-X

There's really no need to twist my words around. I never said that I couldn't articulate myself, I just said that I often struggled with it.

As my younger brother has said, imagine a 800lb gorilla trying to drink from a tea cup. That's how it feels sometimes. The thoughts and ideas are there in great abundance but it's just a matter of getting them down succinctly and/or cohesively.

According to the ancients, before our alleged fall from grace, mankind used to employ a septenary of faculties and I'm thinking that the loss of our clairvoyance probably necessitated or at least instigated our need to express ourselves verbally.

If I was able to figure out how to instantly transmit to you eveything that I know right now you would probably be really quick to stfu. At least that's the message that I seem to get, that you're really here to argue about frivolities rather than the topic at hand because you really don't have a very firm grasp on it and need to resort to attacking the messenger rather than the mesaage itself.

This world is full of conflict. I might have a sharp tongue and I might also be a little heavy handed at times but please believe me when I say that have no problem resolving conflicts (either legally or extralegally.)

Were you actually trying to debate something? Go ahead and spit it out but please don't argue out of ignorance because we already have enough of that on this board.

No, I'm interpreting it just as it was written by our Founding Fathers. I said extralegally simply because I know how our world works.

My maternal grandfather didn't buy a company out from it's owners after having started in the mailroom only four years earlier because he was some mindless little wuss. He took whatever opportunities he had to exert his limited amount of power there in as many big ways as possible and it worked. He took it and ran and then wound up expanding the business to two other continents.

It's kind of the same thing how when a military doctor told him that they were going to have to amputate his legs after almost being paralyzed in the Korean War, he pulled out his officer's .45 and held it to the doctor's head and said, "you are not %$#@ing going to touch my legs!!" He was then up and walking again within only a few months.

Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do.
Desperate situations sometimes call for drastic measures.

Wow, for a moment there I was really beginning to think that our world had grown to be trancercentric but I'm glad that you helped me clear that up.

/sarcasm

take this as a lesson from history

"Rome remained free for four hundred years and Sparta eight hundred, although their citizens were armed all that time; but many other states that have been disarmed have lost their liberties in less than forty years."
