It is yours lol!!! Seriously just fuck about a bit with photoshop/gimp. I'm shit at it, like on that the black in the river looks a bit weird and some other stuff.
But some of the pros on here could make the high res version seriously good I'd reckon. And thats your pic. 
The yellow car was putting me off putting up the saturation much more, and a (red) sign to the left. might start looking a bit unreal. But dunno needs something, bricks on the building in the distance look a bit washed out.
EDIT: Actually could take a fir bit more saturation, contrast is kinda fucked up tho.
