III, IV and to a lesser extent Prophecy(you don't play as him so it doesn't how him that much).

Also based solely on the little background that i se i would guess that that screenshot is from WC3, during one of the behemoth missions. Though Malcom MCDowell was even better as adm. Tolwyn in IV. Great FMV, i miss them in new games.
