"people" don't - there's a very small, but incredibly vocal, group of people (most who don't have anything to do with production) who decied they were going after him.
Basically it was jealously and they didn't like how fast he rose up the ranks and started getting major gigs in the space of what was percived to be about a year.
Combine that with the fact he really didn't watch what he said sometimes (which you have to whether you like it or not when you're in the public eye), did a couple of dumb interviews that a journalist made the most of and the started dating a porn star.....
....well you get the idea - that little group of DJ's just took aim.
He's a good bloke and I know a few people that know him and have worked with him and they only have good things to say about him. I've spoken to him on here and again he always was forthcoming about giving useful information - he even posted samples of the tracks that went big.
Simply put, a few bitter TA's ruined it for everyone else. He does post, but very seldom and I understand why.
