as long as i have the name (the only way i dont get the name is if you get an error after clicking SUBMIT when filling out the guest list form) then you are confirmed on the list. i just copy&paste and send it to the club.

it was on one of Anthony Attalla's mixes from a few years ago and I found it unbelievably addicting! It was awhile after when I finally downloaded the track and realized that AA put the censored version on his mix
