I dig how we all just assume the worst here. Clearly, none of us know his marital situation, as none of us knew there was a marriage; however, we're all quite quick to conclude he's a cheating bastard. Maybe this sort of behaviour is within the agreed boundries of his marriage. Maybe he's in a loveless marriage so he seeks affection elsewhere.
