But who carries a backpack like that? It does seem odd either way, and even if it was a normal person, it could very well be a backback containing a bomb too. You can't spot a terrorist based on what they look like, so what could it hurt in trying to find that person for questioning?

well in crowded areas ppl tend to have the bag infront instead of back so they dont get stolen from..
