Good speech. I feel so failboat that I'll most likely be voting for him since I disagree on much of his policy, but I just can't stand a McCain White House.
I'd have to say my least favorite part was the "you're on your own" part. Yes, I am on my own if I lose my job, I don't plan on running to the government. And yes, I plan on picking myself up by my own bootstraps and not having the government do it for me. That was how the country was founded. Fuck this welfare diatribe imo. I refuse to run to the government every time there's a hiccup in my course.

On top of that, if you had a shitty job previously and not enough to feed your family while you find a new job at a factory. There are plenty of blue collar workers in less fortunate areas of the country that need exactly what Obama is talking about.
I thought the speech was incredible, and I think it should have moved everyone who watched it, unless of course you have a closed mind or hate ******s, whichever.
