I've bought from guys that get severely upset if you aren't "friends" with them and you just contact them when you want pot. Also have bought from people that are the exact opposite. I just hate getting in touch with a new contact because I always feel like they have to go out of their way to accommodate me, and because it's a lot of "hey dude, can you get me in good with your dealer? not that i do it regularly these days, but my coke/pills hookup is totally legit and always ready to meet up like within an hour lol it's pretty cool. i never have to hunt that stuff down but funnily enough with pot i do. you'd think it'd be the opposite.

i've partied with him many times in south beach and he lives about 10 minutes away and i've hit the gym with him before too and done sober stuff so he's kind of a "friend" i guess. he's totally cool when i contact him just to ask if he can get some pills or blow...it's usually for a friend too. he trusts me big time. i've literally asked him if he minded if i just gave my friend his number and they worked it out and he was like yea sure.

Being friends with a dealer can be awesome, that's for sure. The guy I've been buying from the longest is always willing to hold onto his better stuff for me, or go out of his way to hit me up when I need it.

i was at an alltime low in my life like 5 years ago when my bf at the time and i were "friends" with a dude who was a raging cokehead and just happened to be good friends with a guy who worked a shift at a crackhouse. now i say "crackhouse" but really, it was a cokehouse. like, u can't just walk up in there and say "hey can i get an 8ball?" lol you have to be a serious dealer and the minimum pickup there was a lb of coke. and you can't just show up at this place. probably only about 10 guys in the whole miami area knew about this house and this friend of ours was one of them.

his buddy who worked the shift would literally break us off a few 8balls from some pretty fucking pure shit. i wouldn't go as far to say that it was like 100% uncut, but it def wasn't the shit circulating on the streets.

anyway, he would call us every thursday and be like "hey hey im on my way to the grocery store u guys want anything" and at the time i was loving coke so naturally i'd bel ike, "yea grab us 2 balls...oh and 5 xannies" they had endless supply of xanax too. thank god that guy moved and we don't have that hookup any more. i'd be dead for sure.

those were the days where i had some almost unbelieveable stories to tell every monday after my binger weekend filled with strippers and escorts and gasoline fight incidents lolol

u know what i actually prefer mids...like the mixed regs with crippy. i get retarded on crippy and will only smoke it at home chilling or watching a movie. i smoked some mid over the weekend and it was such a nice buzz. no paranoia or retardedness. i was actually motivated to go out and tried to convince my bf to hit up a bar and he was clearly not on the same page. lol every time i've smoked regs it's been a great high for me...like able to function in public.

I think I might be the same way. Don't get me wrong, great pot is great, but sometimes I just prefer mids.
