I know that, but the second part of my request was that it not lose a lot of image quality. I think adobe has this feature where you can adjust the amount of quality and size of a jpeg which is something mspaint does not have. I don't have adobe. That's why I'm asking somebody to do it for me.
Oh well, mspaint will have to do the job for now. Thanks anyway Bidor.
