i've had that problem. then i figured that if i start to boil up, then i think about a random chicane/kruder&dorfmeister/moby/__insert chill track__ track, and sing the melodies in my head. that sometimes works. if that doesn't work after 5 seconds, i just walk away. they always say it takes a bigger man to walk out of a fight, than win a fight. then again, they also say you're a pussy for not fighting. imo, i really don't give a care if people call me a pussy for not fighting.
