GOt there at two, b/c I had to play at Palazzo before that

The only dj that I really ended up listening to for more than half an hour was Scumfrog. There were some troubles with the sound in the begining of his set, but it all got fixed and he started rocking as he usually does it. Gotta love that guy, him talking over microphone and playing drums live is simply amazing! His set was a lot different from his last set from Guv.
At arround 5:15 went to KH to listen to Dumonde. Could not stay for more than 25 minutes. Their set at Viva was so good, that it was impossible for them to live up to the expectations last night. It all seemed to me as techno remixes of old tracks. Plus there was waaay too much highs and base in KH. It was ok when i just got in, but once the people started to leave the sound obviously got louder, so the sound guy should have lowered it a bit, but....

Overall a good night, Scumfrog did not disappoint, hope that he comes back soon.

Hey did anyone go into the patio at the Guv? They turned it into a smoking room and I happened to walk in there for a second to find someone and I think I got cancer from the moment I stepped in. That thing was like a death chamber - to say there was no air in that room would be the understatement of the day. I swear I was choking on my way back to the main room

Dave ralph was kinda boring, so i went to the guv.
saw Mark Oliver b4 infected came on, wikked.
Infected, wikked, but they were better last January.
saw Scumfrog & Dumonde for a bit, nothing special, went home.

Very fun night!!

Best part of the night, my gf surprising me by comin with her friends when i thought she was goin out somewhere else =)

This was the ONLY thing I feel i missed out on... i realy didnt' catch much at all of Mark's set... i heard it when we entered thru guv... but i was waiting on a friend who had to go BACK to our car and take off his jersey bc they woudlnt let him in in it (btw, whuts the reason behind that... i dont personally care, but im curious as the reason/logic behind it) so i really wasnt enjoying the music as much as id have liked (since i was distracted and getting annoyed at how long it was taking him to get back!

Did we just miss everyone Oh well, i still got to meet Dallastar and many other TAs.... so no worries about the premeet not working out for us

so ya, back to the orig. point of this post, i really missed not hearing Mark's set... and id *thought* id hear him close, but Scumfrog just closed 'er down, so that didnt happen either... well, next time, ill get all my mark oliver fill in... a nite at guv just aint complete w/o some serious dancing to the phat ch00ns this guy pumps out!!

Great night...Infected killed it.....Then came Dumonde who i really wanted to see for a very long time and my wish was finally granted....Nice EPIC hard trance just the way i love it.....their interaction with the crowd was almost ala Armin....Great track selection mixed with absolute perfection made their set a remarkable one.....

The only bad thing about the nite was the hooligan invasion jumping up and down on ppl's feet and pushing evrybody

so yeah arrived there with Adrian and sue at 11:00pm - thanx

anwyays - ventured in Checked my jacket (this time without losing anything;luckily)

anyways - walked in - the dancefloor in the koolhaus was so empty~ which slowly filled up!

All the Dj's were greta - I was watchin' SCUMFrog from open unti about 4:45am - realizing SHIT! I HAVE TO WORK TOMORO! I totally forgot. . . but yeah Infected mushroom was wikkid!!! the "FLAG" people - just gotta stop - but that has already been discussed, but obviously NOT controlled! I went to fidn where Dave Ralph was spinning - and I NEVER saw him (when or where was h at?)

and yeah - I only went to the smoking tent 3 times - (a) b/c the jounrey to get there was reDICKulous, and then the trek to gte bakc was WEEEE-tarded!~an-e-ways! (b) totally agree that you feel like you get "cancer" stepping in there~ so as soon as I got outside to go home, I was happy to have fresh air (searching fora ighter in my bag to have aciggie!~) But I swear I haven't smoked that much since! SMoking is so gross!

anwyays enuff about that!. . . ummmm, I truly enjoyed the paty and the friends you alllll ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have read some of the reviews and I love that a lot of you mention I have agreat energy and ahppy spirited! thank u sOOOO much!

A few track ID requests here... Both from Dumonde's set.

A song that Chinaman described as "classic megatrance!" Vocals were female, and I believe it was during the breakdowns that they were "I feel wonderful."

The other one had male vocals, and it was pretty dirty sounding, and had some nonsense "ba dee ba doo dup" or something, and also during a climax "You know what?"

Any ideas?

Nog, that remix was x10 what the original song is. I never did like that song until last night :P
