which is a stereotype that needs to be broken; trance for some people I know is associated exclusively with raves and doing E or some other jaw-grinding drug. the dannce music poseurs and tacky ginos/ginas do that crap, not so much trance music people.

Where I live trance does not even exist haha.. well its very small nothing but hip hop and Rock mostly the new emo bullshit.. everyone thinks here that if you listen to "techno" your gay.. most people dont even know what trance or house is they call it techno.. oh well there loss.. cause theres no way in hell im gonna be listening to that bling bling BS rapping about there 1000000 rental cars and rental jewlery..

what r u talking about the dance scene was built around drugs without drugs clubs as we know them would probably never exist the scene has a deserved reputation if u dont like it then its tough.

alright I'm not afraid to admit that the scene may have heavily relied on drug usage to boost its existence but I think we can get around the "reputation" of being drug hotspots whenever that type of music is played. But that's my opinion for which you can disagree and I'll respect, provided you back up/provide your reasoning why.
