i wonder why people bother buying this album.... most of the tracks are so known already, why buy an album with tracks that have been played in so many shows already. I wonder why he doesnt put unreleased tracks on it.

cause we are part of the minority, most people dont know or dont care about tracklists or dont keep up with the latest sets

people who don't post in forums like this and who don't download any livesets will enjoy this cd and the tracks on it are not overplayed or "old".

only freaks like us think the tracks are old and overplayed, because we read all the tracklists and listen to all the livesets...

Just listened to a (free) PvD podcast on iTunes, and he describes the motives behind the albuma and various singles and TPOD. It was all very interesting and a good insight and I think it's going to change how I listen to this album when it comes out.

yup, heard it now as well, not very carefully but i noticed some very pretty mixes on it, most tracks are ofcourse few months old, but it's great to hear them in another way like on this cd.

The mixing itself is solid... but the track selection is lost on me. I just can't dig this one at all. Not sure why.

After listening ISOS 4,ASOT 2005, TPOD2, i miss the years of trance 99-00. Searching... Where is real Armin,Tiesto,Paul? Where is real trance?

TPOD2: Not all tracks selections & orders are good. But mixing quality is fine.Dont compare Tiesto with Paul, because Paul is one of real grandfathers of trance.

i think its a pretty solid cd, people say that some of the tracks are old, i agree but there are many trance fans out there who dont follow the trance scene so often and to them the tracks may even sound new, must every trance compilation be filled with all extremely new tracks

lol
why does everyone now say..
"yeah its true tracks are old but most ppl never heard of the tracks anyway"
when ISOS4 came out it was the same people that said
"lol so much old stuff... wait till TPOD2 is released"

horrible!
even the mixing on this one aint good enough to save the album
