My credentials. I ran one of the most critical videogame boards in the world back in its main hay day. I built it and made it grow. Now it's probably the best board ready by videogame industry veterans. I gave it up when I moved onto GameSpot.
When GameSpot.com relaunched it's new forums a few years ago, I took over the helm basically because of my previous experience with the board I worked on before. I took a rather slow board and made it huge. Something like a couple million people registered, like 100,000 posts per day....and well, I made it all run smoothly. I gave it up because I cared so much about the board, I pretty much spent 75% of my time at work on it and was up until 4am every night making sure things were clean and smooth. And I did it all with me and only about 20 mods site wide...They eventually had to hire someone to run it fulltime (and added like 100 more mods) so I could get back to my normal job at work...video production. 
BTW, I'm known as a forum Nazi. Literally. I don't take childish behavior. Can't stand it. Not talking about fun childish behavior, but rather the behavior seen in parts of this thread. And everytime I've taken over a board, straightened it out, then passed my duties on to someone else...people always beg for me to come back. Seriously.
I would not allow any affiliations I may have to have any effect on decisions made.

Johan has some serious mixing skills and knows a bunch of CDJ tricks that make any well-known track he plays sound really different and unique... very impressive!
