I'm guessing in three parking lots right between Figueroa and the 110 and on the corner of 8th. One lot for each building. There's actually four lots there, but only three of them are on ground level.

Will probably have to close a few real small streets like Francisco.

Sounds about right, although I'd imagine Sash and Dig get on by 11...10:30 at the earliest. JVM won't start until 9pm.
