I think that most people if doing proper form, and proper technique, would realize that isolating a muscle is a crazy thing to do and the key is that weight training is also known as RESISTANCE training. If its easy, youre doing it wrong!!!
Equal and opposite reactions, the harder you push the weight up, the harder it wants to stay and you work out harder. Slow up and fast downs do NOTHING!!! |
I've been doing smooth, slow momvements on both the up and down, trying hard to keep proper form throughout.
Do you think it's better to explode through the up and then come down slow?
