LOL, just so you know. The training I've done is meant specifically for doing permanent damage, like snapping tendons, joints, dislocating bones, and then ofcourse there's quick moves meant purely for killing someone fast and ending the fight. And some of that stuff is particularly nasty, like destroying vital organns. That would be a combination of Shaolin Long Fist, Chi Na, Suwa Su Kung Gu, Wing Chun, and a few techniques from here and there. I don't want to hurt you or do any permanent damage so keep the testosterone under control. The last guy who attacked me almost ended up dead, and he was 6"2 210 pounds. I'm not saying that as a threat or anything, I specifically don't like violence for that very reason, because I don't hold back if I'm attacked.
EDIT: And umm, I'm saying all that with a friendly tone since we've chilled before. I have no interest in hurting you or fighting, anyone for that matter. But if you want to start working out we could set up a schedule at some point
