I know this doesn't really count.... but I have a Korg Triton that's got some pretty nice trance sounds on it. I'd be quite happy to sort some samples out if anyone's interested. If you use Reason to manipulate 'em you can get some very nice sounds

omega, can you post the audio example of the tip you posted? nice tip, but i cant imagine how can it sound. (i have no fruity here to play with)

help yourselves.

I only had room for the one patch (Big Sweep), so I'll put a different one up next week or something. probably some strings & sound effects..

It's split into 4 wma files..

isnt it kinda the same thing as a fairy dusts sound or a sparkly sound with mod on the pitch, sort of a swoosh, maby...

heh... i don't feel like he is going to give that flp to everybody... it's just like professional secrets. you must understand that...

but, that synth is awesome, i agree with you. maybe he can post wav files for it...

ok... here's my attempt to recreate the synths in superstrings - cygnus x (rank 1 remix)... i made it using exclusively fruity loops with only 3xosc and several of the plugin fx

right click save as and it should work...
if not try copying the URL

the lows are really disturbing me, try removing them, its fine, but this is simple synthsis, y wont u create something more challanging?
for example, try to re create the main theme from lethal industry, it gave me a headache just to try it, so i just made some manipulations with a sample of the original...
