How can I judge that kids who beat up and torture small animals will move on to humans?

Oh, I dunno, maybe because there is overwhelming evidence that most people who turn out to be serial killers often started with animals. Not so retarded with all the studies done showing the strong link.

If you judge them as adults they have a less chance of getting a slap on the wrist and walking free.

I don't understand how I don't like them either...I just don't. They freak me out.
