And depending on if you live at CFB Kingston your cost of living is probably very low as well, but even if you weren't cost of living in Kingston isn't that bad. Its only $30 which is cheaper than most nights at Stereo. Most of us on here who post about Stereo have put out probably hundreds and hundreds of dollars clubbing there just this year alone, and have never really complained for the most part. I know I sure as hell have.

Just got back. Man that place was PACKED plus barely any air circulating. Stereo totally needs one of those industrial freezer units lol to keep the place cool

I honestly enjoyed Gaiser set more than Richie's. Don't get me wrong... I did like Richie's set but at one point it felt he some how stopped time I hate when that happens. I would have loved to stay for Layo & Bushwacka but my legs wanted to give out. First time in a long time I danced for like 4 hours straight.

It was nice seeing everyone and randomly having a conversation with this girl from Ottawa for most of the night. Also it was nice meeting you Mr Moss.

One thing... what the hell was up with all the rejects from Jersey Shore/Lake Shore. WTF

Plus I think this was my Stereo record... twice in one month

Billyboy, I'm nobody and you're right - I am out of line. Please accept my apology for the use of that term. Is Québécois correct? Let me restate: I have no problem with the guys from Québec without shirts at ((( ))).

ok bro, tx for the reply, its your assumsion to put yourself down i dont know you so how could i have tought that ? anyway thats not why im anwsering back, if you read your post your asking people to respect the place and you are dam right about that but...but it is not good to act in a similar way. that beeing said . there was a time were Stereo and Mtl party place would of never said any remarks about any type of any type of people and i am one of those who lives in nostalgia of that time.

billyboy, you make a very good point about respect.

So, I'm very curious about Patius' comment about the speakers. Patius, could you describe more what was going on with the speakers. How bad was it? Was it temporary? Which speaker(s)?

music was dope, gaiser was the highlight for me

didn't really feel that hawtin paid a "tribute" to his old plastikman stuff

crowd was touristy as hell, a nice blend of 'i-failed-my-lebanon-shore-audition' and 'oh-hai-its-my-first-afterhours'

tons of peeps from ottawa and to; wtf?

les apparances sont trompeuses untz untz untz

good party

Got in at 7:40 Am, Couple Red Bull Shots & Large Tims later, made my way in. Music was good for the 2 hours I was there. Place was heavily packed and steamy! Vibe was good, very different crowd then Saturdays, younger & seemed to be a lot of out of towners in for the gig. Gotta love the commitment to make it in Heard some people were in line for hours! Btw - Good to See ya Patius! Too bad about the back speakers for Hawtin's time slot. Fun way to start the day, even though i missed the Main Attraction. Until the next one!
