Honestly even as a fairly normal weighted person those wall toilets freak me out.

I often wonder how the morbidly obese shit in China(the answer is obviously whenever, wherever, however they feel like), as fat fucks and squat toilets don't seem like a good mixture for anything other than comedic value.
