I hope this clears things up for some people.
I hate to get into this again, but re-read my explanation.

3- Brunette gets offended that she was a victim of halo20's backlash, surprised that she was attacked since she is a 'fellow prog head'.
4- I find that funny, and comment about it, cuz she thinks he owes her something just cuz they both like prog. Halo20 IS my friend, & I know he would jump down MY throat if I said the wrong thing too.

I'm sorry I did not spell it out after my 'hahaha', but I figured Brunette would get that comment, for many reasons. But I'll explain further.
1-Her review didn't offend me one bit. If anything annoyed me, it was PhotonTrance's assessment that 'Scott Bond ruined trance'. This comment was probably the catalyst that turned this thread sour, and the final straw that set Halo20 off. (Ironically, PT now states "By the looks of it the party was good. Shit I cant belive I missed it"- I just don't get it?). Most of us on this board love trance, and that doesn't stop US from flaming each other on the board- so why should prog fans feel safe from flaming among other prog fans? It happens.
2-She seemed shocked that John went off- but thing is, John has gotten into many a heated debate with people he normally gets along with. Like I said, friend or not, no one's safe. But, they have NEVER met, and therefore don't qualify as friends. That's not to say they never talked to each other- quite the contrary. She offered to meet him & sell him a ticket to Tiesto, but after waiting an hour for her, she was a no-show. (He even posted a thread while he was waiting, LOL- http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...ng+for+brunette) She still went to Tiesto, did not go to the meetup (as usual) to explain what happened to him, & he didn't even hear from her for several days after.
3-After that, I started to notice the people who never make an effort to go to the meetups, herself included. But that did not stop me from trying to include 3 of you in the "Ban the Veteran TA" thread- I was still trying to make the effort.
4-Knowing all this, I found her 'I didn't expect this from you of all people' reasoning to be rather amusing. I didn't explain why for the rest of the world to understand, but I thought she, at least, would get it. To show that I wasn't being vindictive, I also added after it, "So, did I get any pics of you?" because it has become a joke that she won't go to a meetup, but obviously, she took it the wrong way, and then all hell broke loose. Certainly, after that comment, I was not going to go out of my way and clear up a misunderstanding with someone who's made sure they never gotten to know us on a personal level. Nor did I ever respond to her comment in the same condescending manner as she did with me.
Still, certain people want to lay all the blame on me. All the focus went to the 'chick fight', when it actually started long before that.
As for Shawzy claiming I've taken cheap shots at him b4 (AS IF it's my nature to do so....). Until this past month, I've never had a problem with anyone on TA. I really don't know what he's talking about, aside from the Howells review thread, where he insulted a lotta people with his "So I guess the reviews are over for this party? **Unsubscribe** " comment. I wasn't even the 1st one to comment on it- and what was this 'cheap shot' that I made in response? "Bah-bye". Yeah, that was awful.... Again, get the story straight.
May there be peace on the boards again.
