When we're talking about "carte blanche" in french, we are (most of the time) talking about freedom to act - except if you are really talking about a white card; but otherwise its freedom to act.

Yep, its a kind of connected developped by Apple and Sony. Apple calls it Firewire, Sony calls it iLink. It's also called (and well known) as IEEE1394

folie means madness, generally. In this case it would be nice to use "crazy things" you can do.. then it says "à deux", which, word by word, means "at two", but you should read it like "together", like in two person in a couple. So you should understand it like "crazy things (perhaps in a sexual way  ) with two person"
