Oh, we saw it in person too. We went two weekends ago to house hunt and saw 18 homes in two days!! It was a little bit crazy. This house was the seventeenth that we saw and we just immediately knew that it was the one we wanted when we walked it. The seller had already included the warranty so we didn't have to ask for it, which was nice. The inspection was done last week and the only concern was a support issue with the deck.

But some of the differences in translation between the pictures on the web and the homes themselves is pretty wild. Thankfully, we only walked one home that was a turd and it was one that the realtor had selected for us.

All in all, it was a great experience. A bit stressful but in the end it was a lot of fun.

sweet man. i did the same thing while i was living in biloxi, ms i drove up to shreveport for a weekend and saw 7 houses....the one i'm living in was the last one i saw (it wasn't on the list i had given my realtor, she added it cause she thought i'd like it...turns out i did..a lot!)

good to see you did see it in person tho!

is it coming w/ all the appliances? i had to buy a fridge/washer/dryer (yay maytag!)...but i thought that was a little unusual having to buy the appliances...figured it was just a shreveport/southern thing
