Yeah... i dont know if spoiled is the right word but he's definitely lucky. my parents would never give me that much money at once, except maybe for tuition...

Worst part is when he doesnt understand why he hasent already been given a car and feels like it should be a normal thing since he's 19, sorry but this is sad..
