Well that’s your problem right there...thinking someone is out of your league. Even if you are “average” looking (by society’s standards), if you have confidence and aren’t afraid to approach even the hottest of super models, THAT is attractive. I think most people would agree.

I think you should give it another shot Jason. The first rule of dating for females is to never accept a date 2 days or sooner than the date you’re being asked to hang out on. You have to look important and say, “Oh I’d love to, but I already have plans, sorry!” You probably caught her off guard too. So I would just put the ball in her court and casually mention again that if she’s ever up for happy hour after work, that she should let you know. Say something like, “you know where to find me”, but not in an arrogant way. Then just let it go.

I have to agree with that synopsis. I find that if you are confident/cocky enough without going over the border, women like that. You have to be a little bit asshole, but they have to tell that you are also a nice guy as well. It's kind of annoying, but it's part of the game you have to play.
