I'm being lazy and only reading the last page, so i dunno if this has been suggested, but, for a good forearm workout, take a metal bar or whats left of a strong broomstick, get some thick string and tie a bunch of weights together. Hold the bar out in front of you and 'reel' the weights up.. then back down, slow

anyone wanting to work out forearms....this is the way to do it 
EDIT: i will never do it, cuz im a wuss and my forearms are just fine thankyouverymuch
