^ I seriously hope it is neck and neck man, you said you were gonna go old school on our asses, stick to your word
no repeats of the ab competition!!
with your frame and current weight, you should have no problems slimming down and having a great body if you stick to your diet and workout like a fiend.
and i know we're in disagreement on this one, but at least consider doing the schedule of:
M: WORKOUT
T: OFF DAY (Abs)
W: WORKOUT
T: OFF DAY (Abs)
F: WORKOUT
S: OFF DAY (Abs)
S: REST UP
If you do your workout days with as much intensity as possible, you should have depleted your glucose in those muscle areas almost completely. It takes 100 hours to restore those levels as well as build new muscle etc...
Trust me, if I could workout twice a day and see better results, i would. However, i'm currently convinced that it's detrimental to muscle growth, and a fast ticket to burning out...
*However* i appreciate that everyone's body functions in slightly different ways...if that works for you, then i'll STFU

hehehe...i see your point, but i was kinda thinking that the aggressive lifting twice a day...6 days a week will be good given my current fatassness hahaha. i think it'll help while i'm in the process of losing the weight and after that i'll probably move onto a 2 days on...1 day off routine...
ps. i haven't cheated on diet yet hehehe...it's been like 5 days i think and it's on biatches hahaha...gut will be gone in about a week
