that night was fantastic one of the best armin sets ever
and i bought like 2 of my friends along who are into rock and alternative but they had a great time
and when he put on smells like teen spirit they went nuts ha ha
i have that set somewhere iam deff gonna try to find it and listen to it now

I've seen a video where he plays a Foo Fighter song. When he does this does he mix trance into it or just play it randomly?

The one that Armin dropped on 12/10/04 is Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit (BK Remix). Adam Freeland also has one called Smells Like Freeland that was in his 2003 Essential Mix.
I just quickly googled it and there's actually quite times it's been done.

Interesting. The video I saw where he played a Foo Fighters song, was clearly the original song, it was no remix. I mean, it was only about a 10 second clip so I guess there is a chance that was just part of the remix, but it was neat because the crowd really dug it.
