hehe, It's easier to hold down salad than a burger. I like the big rush of energy after eating salad bar salad. It helps me feel better about my body after destroying it the night before. The salad bar at Longo's at Hwy7 and Woodbine has a huge selection of not just the green stuff (which is what food eats), but a massive assortment of cheeses, meats, pastas, antipasto, etc...
