For anyone who wants to quit smoking.... read Allen Carr's "The Easy Way to Quite Smoking". I know what you're thinking.... "how can a book help me?" I thought the same, however, it works. The book helps re-aling your thinking, a friend of mine read it a year ago and quit, no problems, no cravings (after the first 3 days). I read it 2 weeks ago and I have been smoke free since, so far so good...

ihaler was good as well but not nearly as effective as the patch. i found the patch prevented the cravings where the inhaler was a reactive type solution. ie i would crave a cig, then take a puff of the inhaler....

i caved after about 4 months, mostly because of my drinking habbits.... but i used to smoke a pack a day, and now a pack will last me 5 or 6 days.

there's a book called Transforming Anxiety that's pretty good. it just talks about how u can change the format of your brain's "usual" way of reacting to things and situations. sorta seems like the same concept as the book you're talking about moral.
