They're just much smaller portions, almost bite sized. The only thing that's relatively "large" is the entree portion and the desert.

A 7 course meal is actually really good, it's a great way to get a taste of everything the restaurant has to offer. You should try it. Then maybe you can move onto a 12 course or a tasting menu (my new favorite thing to do ever!!)
