Pretty different situation, IMO, and Mattsanity had a very long history of trolling and suspensions in the past, which helped lead to that decision.

Whether Stephen has racist views or not, it's not really against the rules unless he got really over the top, or started hassling other members with it (admittedly, like he did with EarnYourKeep, but that's stopped now, as far as I'm aware).
