...I don't really give a shit...I just love Trance

Just enjoy the music..

Edit: I read up to page 9, and just got tired after the flaming, and worked backwords.

Europe ownz

Anyhow..I wonder what clubbing will be like in the States (or Canada, for that matter). Remember the movie "Go"? They're going to this Rave..which seems so incredibly cool! All these weird people dancing, being totally fucked..haha..just like the old days in Holland!! And also movies with clubs in them. I think the house-music they use in these movies is very "vaag" as we say. That means I can't really place it..I can't think of a label for it. It sounds very underground..for example the movie "Swordfish". I know the music has been done by oakey, so it should sound familiar, but still it sounds very "exotic" to me. I wonder if I would find this kind of "exotic-underground" music when I was to go to a US rave!

I've been to my first party in South Africa yesterday. Also some weird shit!! They had three areas, one main with funky trance, one open area with other house-music and a goa-area. (at least...it sounded goa heh). There were about 100 people, although they would have had space for 1000! And half of them were totally fucked and the rest seemed to be in a natural trance. These kind of audiences still feel so "real"! Not like the audience in Holland, which consists of farmerboys (boeren), horny chicks, old people and kids. And a few TAs ofcourse I had a blast, as you can imagine

Anyway..my point is....hmmm (scratches head)...I think every scene has positive points

I love the massive parties in Holland (and UK and Germany ofcourse)..but I also love small underground parties. I love Uk djs, but that doesn't mean I don't love german or dutch djs! etc

And what was he spinning when I saw him the other month? Oakie might experiment a lot but he still plays trance the majority of the time. He has when I've seen him over the last couple of years anyway
