And that I am not disputing. I would't be surprised if it was a year in the making. I am by no means saying he is a filler act at a huge discount. But that he was in the area already and his price was negotiated and it was probably cheaper in more ways than just the booking fee than if we (Toronto) booked him on a Saturday. I bet there were bidding wars to get him on a Saturday and the one with the most money and rep won. I doubt there were as many interested parties bidding on that Monday considering it was only Canada with the holiday and he wasn't booked again till the next weekend in Europe.

Theres different things at play when booking an act... and some times its not profitable to book a certain dj in canada... they get top dollar in europe and gurantee to sell out and in canada theres a large chance of not selling out and the promoter losing money...

I will say sven is a dick because he showed up to the after party and wouldnt play because the club was 25% full... like come on dick head ur already in the club play for an hour n than leave... anyways rant over lol
