Man, shit day. I'm never sure what to do on fridays. Technically, it's the 'shoulders' day, but there's just so much you can do before they begin to hurt like mother******s, and I've worked every other part of the body during previous days. So...
Pullups: 3x8, 25lbs weighted (11.3 kilos for the euros)
Mil. press: 4x8, 135 lbs (135/2.2 kilos)
Back to pullups, unweighted), 2x10
hammer curls: 3x8, 40 lbs
I saved pullups for shoulders day instead of back day cause back day is hard enough as is, and fridays are much easier.
Followed by: HIIT sprints (30 sec sprint, 1 min jog, 30 sec rest) for 20 mins.
To top it all off, I biked home through the blinding rain. I was drenched before I unlocked my bike .
