it did suck that you couldn't get up and touch it...but still neat to see it. coming back from there, our tour bus driver did not know how to drive (*shocking*) and he tried to make seriously like a 300 degree turn in a TOUR bus....needless to say, he did not make it...the back end ended up going up over the curb, and it ripped the muffler RIGHT OFF! we smelled fumes the rest of the way back to the hotel
really funny part is that our tourguide was really cool, and he totally played it off like "tis but a flesh wound"...man those monty python guys had it spot on

i lucked out huge staying with a buddy of mine in woking for the week, my transportation and hotel costs for 10 days and 10 nights in the uk was 76 quid spent on a southwest rail pass with unlimited tube access.

so i had more money to spend on alcohol


infact in one night i managed to blow through about 170 quid partying in london (cherring cross to hackney)
