it's funny, our wicket keeping should've been the problem today, since Prior is out of the tournament, but Solanki did ok and our running/poor choice of players let us down. Schofield wasn't international quality 6 years ago and he's less so now. Even spinners with the ability of murali, vettori, warne etc are struggling at times here, so a guy who couldn't get into a county side 12 months ago shouldn't be playing for his country. I'd much rather we picked someone like Alex Loudon who can turn the ball but also bat, schofield can't hit it off the square. Aside from that, people running with Pietersen need a megaphone to shout NO KEVIN and Freddie needs to be dropped, his ankle is hurting him so much to bowl ,and his batting resembles that of brett lee blindfolded.

one of the espn's is showing the current tournament i think, not sure. It's a very condensed version of the game though, played over 20 overs per side (normal one day games are 50 overs per side) and tests are 90+ overs a time. It makes it a lot more thrilling but removes some of the elements from the game as a consequence
