hahaha, yeah, their shorts are even worse than ours.

this is me at 7.7 % bf taking a piss at 140 lbs.


right now the test shows that im at 5.8 % bf but i find that highly unlikely and would assume that its somewhere near 6.5 to 7 to be accurate.

my routine is still pretty much standard to what i was doing last time. Im full squatting 135 lbs
max bench 205 lbs
max dips bodyweight + 115 lbs
deadlift.. unknown.

Still trying to gain weight hhaha but its not really working as im at around 142 lbs now :S
