uhm I start off with a morning meal with a good solid packed bowl of pasta with about 3 ladles of ground beef cooked in sauce over it.
then Ive been doing Squats, T-bar rows, and Deadlifts like a man possessed hehe.
then after I eat twice as much pasta and beef and an Ensure or something.
then have another couple bowls of pasta during the day and maybe another ensure.
maybe a tortilla or two with 3 eggs, cheese avacado.
some sweet potatoes hehe.
Ill get a pic up tomorrow. Its packing on nicely with little fat. the next lean down month should rock

dunno how much that helps...its midnight and webcams arent the best at adapting hehe. But yeah... I guess thats my 2nd update since march 1st although so far net gain has been 8 lbs, so tahts only a 3 lb difference in those pictures. and most if it in my legs. abs and chest are poppin out a bit too. But yeah, through sickness and what not ive been out for about a month total so far! gah! thats why im only leaving a month for the tone down...or maybe 2 weeks, well have to see. Mainly seeing if this thing is still going hehe.
ah well. is ANYONE still doing this? lol.
