OK, this thread has gone from good trance tracks of 05, to this BS. This forum is full to the brim with wankers (ie. Blue) who have nothing better to do than weakly argue with people over the internet, about TASTE IN MUSIC. No offense Blue, but the ASOT-sucks comments (though being shared by many on TA) are a little redundant. I could say the same thing about what you listen to, who are you to say what is "good" edm and what isn't. Spin what YOU like.

It's an opinionated thread and an opinionated board hence I'll share my opinion, ****.

Show me please where I was arguing, not debating but arguing. I'm sorry that I don't jump on the Armin bandwagon, please forgive me. You could say the same thing about what I listen to, obviously you silly fuck, it's an opinion, as if I'd care. I sure as hell wouldn't post a stupid response calling you a wanker for sharing your opinion on something and then go cry about it, boo hoo.

I think the trance scene hit a peak in about '99 then sloped down, peaked again in '03 and is sloping downwards again. '07 is looking to be a good year.

Can't really name a "classic" track from recent times - some people listen to a track in its test pressing and say "what a classic!" - when thats not really the case.

But if I had to pick a tune that was "popular" - even though I disagree with it - Whiteroom - The Whiteroom, most people in the masses were caning this tune and it was very popular!

How about Cosmic Gate - The Truth, JamX & DeLeon - Can You Dig It?, Ferry Corsten's Remix of Moby - Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad? - theres a few ;-)

My two cents anyway ;-)

But so far - I'm loving 2005 - a great year so far for trance, progressive and hard trance!
