Since the music shall be inside, i dont see it being much of a problem, we'll entertain ourselves inside - i can get drunk anywhere... i as well as many ppl spent most of Katy's birthday inside, and it's not like anything negative happened nor did anything get damaged.

And besides, it wont rain all day - we'll still see the light of day and be able to carry on our shenanigans outside as well as some points!
