sorry fellas, gonna prob be tomorrow night as i just got back from a movie and im dead tired.

until then...

btw i'll try to work on the lenght as well. although some one last time was able to shorten it by increasing the pitch of the entire thing with some program. maybe we could have a go at that as it's prob only going to be 2 or 3 min over.

If that needs doing - I can do that in 5 mins.

So it won't be an issue

I'd still consider editing, last time it was only 80:35, don't know what it's going to give with 2:30 overtime, ultimately it has to get sped up, right? Or just leave it, like last time.

fook yeah, that cover is da sh*t. Request for the back cover: please use flags again, really emphasises the global nature imo.

I will probably snag the 320k over 80min version when meta uploads it.

ok, it's 82:40 so 2:40 over. encoding it now and going to upload it as it is. mr2gti can see what happens if he shortens it with the pitch and if it's too fast then we can use other means. personally i don't have a mp3 player in the car so i like it to be under 80 .

Very simple resolution.

I can either Pitch it up a little OR cut out little sections of long tunes.

Cutting out little area's won't fuss any of it and no-one would really notice unless you are a fanatic of that tune.

This technique is preferrable as its pointless speeding it up to buggery!

To avoid any cd burning trouble, 79:57 or less is advised.
Speeding it up would be at nearly 3.5%.

3.5% isn't toooo bad. Will try it and see what happens.

I suspect it'll be way too much, certainly on tunes that have been sped up already by the dj.
edit: 3.23% if I did it right.

3.33% will be a safe amount

I'll see how it sounds, and also try the edit type too .

For most CD-Rs you can easily overburn 82 mins cd-audio. So making it 81 or 81:30 will do for everybody. That is mine point of view...
