So yeah, 35ish is about when you should pretty much show no signs. IIRC the research shows that like 5yrs later your lungs are operating just as efficient as before but don't have maximum capacity. I forget the numbers and all that but you will be totally fine. You didn't smoke long enough or vigorously enough to fuck them up very bad.
